 Your contributions go entirely to the out-of-pocket expenses for the lawyers performing pro bono work - not for their time or services rendered. 

We are in the process of applying for tax-exempt status. Therefore, contributors do not have advance assurance of deductibility. If we ultimately qualify for exemption for the period in which your contribution is made, your contribution will be tax-deductible. Alternatively, if we ultimately do not qualify for exemption, then your contribution will not be tax deductible. We will notify donors when we receive the IRS's determination of our tax-exempt status.
